I love it when a plan comes together

And that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Have you ever bought something in the sales because its just such a good reduction that you’ll ignore that its not quite right because its such a bargain.  Step forward this Paul and Joe sister leather jacket

Now the colour is great and the leather is really fantastic quality but I don’t know the shoulders just were odd.  So I took my scissors to them and removed the epaulettes and suddenly I really liked it just in time for the season of the bomber jacket.

So here I am wearing it – apologies for photo quality as it was already dark which seems to make my photos go very blurry – I promise I hadn’t smeared vaseline over the lens for that soft focus look.

Am wearing with old mulberry scarf over an ancient grey t-shirt from gap.  The bag is Anya Hindmarch which I have recently re-discovered and am loving the battered pewter effect – very like Jasmine’s Rag & Bone boots of which I am very envious.

Must also mention on my nails Chanel April – I love this colour so much if only it was harder-wearing.  And on my lips a new lipgloss from M&S!  They have some great colours in their Autograph and Ltd Collection ranges – this one is called Raspberry and is a great colour and not too sticky and only £5.

No surprise I love the jacket. You have a good eye for leather jackets of which I’m a big fan. That polish is gorgeous.

Adore leather jackets – looks much better without the epaulettes – less is better! I agree about the Chanel polish – I have black satin on today and it never lasts half as long as my Revlon or Opi polishes even with a good top coat.
