A bit frilly

I know frills can be a bit “ole!”, but I quite like them. Not without reservation, no. The frill fronted shirts and cardigans, for example, look dreadful on me. This H&M top with a frilled neckline I am wearing is cute and probably about as frilly as I can go.

The Zara shorts, on the other hand, are nice but I wish I had bought the size up (large. Zara, your sizing is bonkers!!!) as they really dig into my chunky trunky. Luckily I have Jillian Michaels shouting at me most mornings, promising miracles, if I keep on Shredding.

And the last notable item I am wearing is this charming rocking horse pendant from New Look. J’adore!!  Quite fine and pretty and whimsical.

Now, to totally change topics, I thought I’d quickly mention one of my Favourite Little Helpers – my dehumidifier. Not sure how everyone else manages to dry enough washing to dress a small country, but here I have a Maeco dehumidifier parked next to the clothes horses. It hums away day and night and dries a big load of washing in a day. It’s a God send.  And apparently its lots of fun to keep pressing the setting buttons endlessly.

Anyway, back to things more interesting and enjoyable than washing… I went to H&M and bought a lovely new denim shirt I will have to post about. I think it’s a wardrobe booster – will make many of my existing things look different [hopeful] –[deluded]–

Nothing wrong with “Ole!”, Binny, nothing wrong at all. I look forward to your outfit at next weekend’s fiesta!
